Keeping You Safe
Now that we are living long-term with COVID-19 we are still committed to doing everything that we can to ensure that our Retirement Living residents and colleagues are as safe as possible in this new world.

  • Communal areas The communal areas within our schemes remain open but we urge residents to follow measures to keep themselves safe, including the wearing of masks, use of hand sanitiser, and avoiding mixing with others if you feel unwell.
  • Guest Rooms All Guest Rooms have reopened and subject to enhanced cleaning measures.
  • Cleaning Cleaning and caretaking in schemes will continue as normal.
  • Visitors Visitors should NOT visit the scheme if they have coronavirus symptoms (a temperature, a new and continuous cough, or a loss of taste and smell).
If anything remains unclear or there are further questions, please contact your Scheme Manager or Visiting Support Coordinator and they will assist you in getting the clarification they need. ‍

Following the Government’s latest announcement of new restrictions in England from Monday 4 January, we want to assure you that we will continue to operate with the health and safety of our customers and colleagues as our first priority.

Customers are still able to move home but people outside your household or support bubble should not help with moving house unless absolutely necessary. Removal firms can continue to work, in order to assist with the moving process.

The Show Home at Warburton House will remain open for viewings, with our sales team continuing to follow the government’s guidelines, as we have done in recent months.

All our normal lines of communication remain open and we will be available as normal via phone and/or email.

We strongly encourage customers to view Warburton House online in the first instance and conduct video calls with our specialist Retirement Living Sales Advisor, Janet Bennett, before viewing in person, to discuss their options.

If you would like to view Warburton House online or in person, please contact Janet Bennett on 01223 606721 or email and she will happy to assist you further.
